Once your booking is confirmed you will receive an e-mail with your travel voucher for each activity booked within 24hrs once we have confirmed the trips with our suppliers.

The details will normally be on your trip voucher, however most tour providers ask that you reconfirm directly with them 24-48 hours before departure. The contact details are on the trip voucher.

Do I have to pick a departure date or tour dates?
It is up to you! You can either book tours open dated or choose the set date you would like to go. If you decide to book a tour open dated you will need to contact the tour supplier or accommodation provider directly before you travel. If you would like to book open dated tickets please message us directly and we will organise this for you.

Most of the year open dates are a great option to give you flexibility but in the busy summer season we always recommend booking dates in as soon as possible, as some tours can book out up to a month or more in advance!

Please note, open dated tickets are valid for up to 1 year after the date of booking.
